Delivery

All delivery prices quote are for standard Royal mail delivery within mainland UK and are subject to change. If delivery is more than our standard value we will contact you prior to charging.Deliver to address not in the UK will be arrange prior to charging. We aim to deliver within 7 working days however at busy times this be longer , if an item is out of stock we will contact you via email to give you an estimated delivery date.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by Garnish within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.
All non-defective returns authorized by Garnish are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.

Warranty Information

You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited express warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. Garnish makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Garnish shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.

Errors and Omissions

Garnish makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our Website. However, the documents and graphics published on this site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Garnish makes no representations about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Garnish shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Garnish shall issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
Note: We do not guarantee Garnish's prices listed on other Web sites or price engines.

Garnish Interior Furnishing Standard Terms of Sale


All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Customer Acknowledgment.Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a Product from Garnish interior Furnishing.
2. All Sales Made in East Sussex.
All sales shall be deemed made in Eastbourne in east Sussex, UK, regardless of the location of the Customer.
3. Purchase Price.
(a) Prices are listed in Garnish Interior Furnishings Web site, and are subject to change without notice.
5. (b) Payment is due in full before shipment.
6. (c) Garnish shall not be liable for handling or customs charges for shipments outside the United Kingdom.
7. Shipping Terms.
Items will be dispatched either by Royal Mail first class delivery, or via an appropriate courier service. Garnish reserve the right to change the charge for delivery. As standard Garnish does not offer any insurance on delivered items, insurance can be taken out at the customer request , the customer is liable for all insurance payments. 8. Vendor License Agreements.
Customer agrees to abide by all copyright and license provisions imposed by the manufacturer or publisher of any products purchased from Garnish.
9. LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.
(a) Garnish warrants that it has good title to the Products it sells.
10. (b) Garnish does not warrant the performance or integrity of any Product, but merely passes through to the Customer whatever end-user warranty the manufacturers provide with their respective Products.
11. (c) Garnish DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LITTLE QUILT SHOP BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT OR OPPORTUNITY. CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS STATED IN THE MANUFACTURER'S OR PUBLISHER'S END USER WARRANTY ACCOMPANYING THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL GARNISH INTERIOR FURNISHINGS LIABILITY EXCEED THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR COST OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM GARNISH INTERIOR FURNSIHINGS. 
 13. Returns.
Returns of Products are subject to GARNISH INTERIOR FURNISHING current return policies, which are set forth BELOW, subject to any additional or lesser return rights adopted by the manufacturer or publisher. Read our Returns Policy
14. Exclusive Agreement.
These Terms of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between the Customer and GARNISH INTERIOR FURNISHINGS for the matters set forth herein, and shall be supplemented only by the prices, quantity, and descriptions set forth ingarnish interior Furnishings invoice for the relevant sale. Terms contained in Customers' purchase orders, offers to buy, terms and conditions, and the like shall have no effect.
15. General.
(a) These Terms of Sale and any transactions made under them shall be interpreted by and be subject to the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britian.
16. (b) In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms of Sale are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms of Sale, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
17. (c) Garnish Interior Furnishings shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.
18. (d) These Terms of Sale may be modified from time to time by Garnish Interior Furnishings without notice, and are current as of the date of the Web site. Please refer to the current Website.

Return Policy

All Returns require a return authorization before you can send the items back. 
The RMA number that we may issue in response to your request insures that we can properly receive and quickly process your return. 
Credits will not be issued until a returned item is received.  
Please properly pack any items that you are returning. 
If we receive an item damaged we may not be able to issue you a credit. 
We recommend you insure any items that you are returning. 
The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs for any returns.  Garnish will of course pay for shipping to correct any errors that we may have made.
Garnish Interior Furnishng do not offer a cash refund for unwanted gifts however we may at our descretion offer a credit note up to the value of the original purchase price. This credit not cannot be exchange for cash.
